Our Story

We have travelled the World and found this rare stone mansion to be our home. To us it is the most amazing place on Earth filled with great people, great land and great house. We are so thrilled to share this centennial castle with you. Every piece of furniture was handpicked to suit the era and ambiance to create the most enjoyable journey for you.

Originally this stone maison was built by a lawyer, Mr. Harry Black, in 1902. He was the son of the famous Rev. John Black, the first Presbyterian pastor of the Red River Settlement in 1851. Over the years, Black became more investment wizard than a lawyer. Following Mr. Black the house was owned by a series of judges and doctors. We are only the sixth owners of this 116 year old mansion which we have named "Bella's Castle" after our daughter. We welcome people from all places to Morden and experience the luxury, the history and the friendliness of this area.

The house is over 4,000 square feet and it is offers a lot of amenities on top of your room. There is a kitchen that you can use, shared living room, balcony on the second floor, children's play structure in the back yard, fire pit and much more.
